HTC Butterfly Smartphone on Android OS | HTC GSM, CDMA enabled Butterfly phone

HTC mobile phones released a latest smartphone to its stockpile. The smartphone is named as HTC Butterfly. This smartphone is the latest of its kind and is now more superior to its predecessor HTC One series.

HTC Butterfly is bigger in size than the other series of HTC smartphones named HTC One series. Weighing 140grams inclusive of the battery the HTC Butterfly boasts a 5-inch Super LCD 3 with a Corning Gorilla glass 2 for extra durability. With a high resolution of Full HD 1920ยด1080 the screen has a superb quality of display.

The Smartphone HTC Butterfly uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon4 1.5 GHz Quad-core processor. The smartphone comes with latest Android platform, which is in-built with HTC Sense. With a total storage upto 16GB and a RAM of 2GB the smartphone HTC Butterfly offers and expansion of memory with a microSD memory card up to 32GB.

The HTC Butterfly supports both GSM and WCDMA networks. There is nothing much new in the sensors of this smartphone, with the same Gyro sensor, accelerometer, Proximity sensor and Ambient light sensor this segment will disappoint the users. With a 3.5 mm stereo audio jack and a Bluetooth4.0 the smartphone is enabled with WiFi also. After the HTC One series it can be noted that HTC is releasing all its smartphones with Beats Audio, so is the same here in HTC Butterfly with the same Studio-Quality sound with Beats Audio in built.

Camera of the HTC Butterfly is an 8-meg with an auto focus and an LED Flash and a video recording of 1080p HD format, the smartphone also has a 2.1 mega-pixel front camera for the same 1080p Video chat. The video recording has a special feature of slow motion capture and its playback.

With a huge battery of 2020mAh the HTC Butterfly is expected to give a longer battery life.


The price expected to be around 38,000/-. May be sounds bit costly, but may be matching the price range of its class.
